More About Me: 

I could see there was a huge deficit when it came to the areas of Numeracy, Literacy and Synthetic Phonics and how this was affecting children throughout their most important learning years. 

Without insight into these initial foundations and curriculum lessons, there can be a decline in grades and academic progression.

 

This, combined with concerns about not knowing the correct solution or how to address the issue, can be quite challenging.

This is why I started 1on1 Education personalised tutoring services, recognising how current classroom environments and learning styles are not always suitable for all students.

Seeing my students go from declining grades to developing and progressing new skills and gaining confidence using Interactive Learning Styles.

Using Differentiated Instruction and Active Teaching methods helped my students both in the classroom and personally with their confidence and grade results.

Marlowe - Age 5

Marlowe came to me being nonverbal, communicating via sign language only.

 

Using the Moving Across Syllables (MAS) program that teaches children to move from one speech sound to the next within a word or group of words. 

Within 18 months of weekly tutoring session visits - Marlowe can effectively communicate, advocating for himself by putting together a short sentence of his needs and wants to his family and peers.
